Timothy G. Uhler began his building career in 1971 when he went to work as a cost accountant for a new building company in Port Orchard.
In 1978 he began his own building company, Pioneer Builders, Inc. Tim has three exceptional neighborhoods showcasing his homes in the Port Orchard area — Strawberry Hills, Countryside Estates, and The Hidden Highlands. He also has many wooded and golf course lots in beautiful McCormick Woods, the area’s premier neighborhood.
Tim and his wife, Vicki, have three children. They have a daughter, Kristen, and two sons, Timothy and Bryan. Their sons are also involved in Pioneer Builders. They have lived in Port Orchard for thirty-three years and love the small town community, which is so easily accessible to Seattle and Tacoma.
Tim has forged a close relationship with many different subcontractors who both know and respect his uncompromising attitude toward quality.
